Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • The item includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products
  • Products damaged by customer misuse
  • Personal care items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange an exchange subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the item if applicable.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), we will cover return shipping costs.
  • For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Inspection

Returned items will be inspected before approval of exchange or refund.

Shipping Charges

Late or Missing Refunds

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
